Travel and Parking
There are parking spaces for customers with disabilities in three locations near to the Theatre: four on Peas Hill; two in Wheeler Street; seven in King’s Parade and in Grand Arcade car park. Alternatively, we would be happy to book a taxi to take you home; please ask a member of the Front of House team on your arrival.
Access in the Theatre
Both entrances have level access and doors which can be opened by a push button placed at a suitable height for wheelchair users. There is a lift to all floors, and accessible toilets on each level. The Arts Restaurant, Wine Bar, Founders’ Rooms and the Circle and Stalls Bars are all fully accessible.

We have eight spaces reserved for wheelchair users in the stalls. Please let us know what type of wheelchair you have when you book your seats; this will enable us to allocate the correct space. The Arts Theatre has two house wheelchairs.
