Since 1936, the Arts Theatre has been presenting a varied programme of top class drama, dance, opera and comedy. We currently sell almost 200,000 tickets a year to people living in Cambridge, the Eastern Region and beyond.

The Friends of Cambridge Arts Theatre play an important and active role in supporting the work of this wonderful, historic theatre. The Friends are made up of many different people of all ages who have one thing in common – a great affection for Cambridge Arts Theatre and a desire to support its continuing success. Membership of the Friends entitles you to a wide range of benefits, including offers on tickets, priority booking, and if you’re a Good Friend, exclusive events at the Theatre. By joining the Friends, you’ll not only have all these benefits,  but you’ll also contribute directly to the wellbeing of the Arts Theatre, as every penny of your subscription goes directly to the Theatre.
