MY FAIR LADY (1 - 10 October 2009)

Are you a singer or an actor? Want to perform on the Arts Theatre stage? Here's your chance!

Following the success of last summer’s production of Anything Goes, the Theatre’s first in-house production in over 15 years, preparations are now underway for an ambitious new production of the timeless classic musical, MY FAIR LADY. If you are a local performer with a desire to perform on a professional stage, then register for one of our open audition dates at the Theatre on Sunday 19 July.

You will need to commit to an intensive four week rehearsal schedule starting the w/c 31 August, with a run of 13 shows between the 1^st and 10^th of October. People in full time work will be able to rehearse in the evenings and weekends but please be aware that the schedule is not for the faint-hearted!

Places at the auditions must be booked in advance by emailing Mhari Gallagher at mgallagher@cambridgeartstheatre.com. There are also many other ways for the local community to get involved with all aspects of the production, not just performance: people with experience and enthusiasm are required to undertake backstage, costume, make-up and prop making roles.
