Two people had an affair 15 years ago and now meet again. Ray has made a new life for himself, with a fresh identity and didn't think he could be found. Una has thought of nothing else since, and on finding a photo of him sets out to find Ray with shattering consequences.

Blackbird is an electrifying, dark, explosive new play originally premiered at the Edinburgh International Theatre in 2005 prior to seasons in the West End and on Broadway. This phenomenal drama will also premiere in Sydney this Christmas, directed by Cate Blanchett.
