BOOKING FEE
All tickets for the Arts Theatre include a £3 per-ticket booking fee. The booking fee is essential direct income for the Theatre. Because ticket revenue is divided between many different parties, an increase in ticket prices would not necessarily benefit the Theatre. By charging a booking fee we can ensure that every penny goes directly to the Theatre to help us protect its growth and longevity.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Tickets are non refundable unless a performance is cancelled for any reason. Exchanges may be made under certain conditions, with at least 48 hours prior notice; please contact the Box Office at [email protected] to check our policy.

RESELLING TICKETS
Resold tickets through 3rd party ticketing sites or online via social media channels will not be accepted and tickets will be invalid. If you have a query about returning tickets please speak directly to our Box Office team.

DISCOUNTS
We offer reduced priced tickets for customers with disabilities and free personal assistant tickets, for those who require additional support to attend the theatre, on application.

We also offer discounts on certain performances for students, children, groups and schools. Please note there are no discounts on the lowest price seats. Only one discount applies and all discounts are subject to availability. Please check with the Box Office at time of booking for available discounts.
