Half-term drama workshops

A week of workshops designed to inspire imaginations. Come along and learn new skills, build confidence and make friends.

  • Unknown Worlds (Ages 5 - 6)

    Monday 13 February, 10am - 12pm
    £15

    In this workshop anything is possible as children create their own magical worlds and share them with the rest of the group on an adventure that could lead anywhere!
     

  • Bringing Text Alive (Ages 7 - 10)

    Monday 13 February, 2pm - 4pm
    £15

    Looking at poems, plays and stories the group will work together to create lively performances.

  • Dance (Ages 7 - 10)

    Tuesday 14 February, 10am - 12pm
    £15

    A fun and exciting dance workshop learning new skills and routines to popular music.

  • Adaptation (Ages 11 - 13)

    Wednesday 15 February, 10am - 12pm
    £15

    Participants bring either their most-loved, or least favourite, story (from books, films or video games) to discover ways to bring them alive!

  • Devising (Ages 14 -15)

    Thursday 16 February, 10am - 12pm
    £15

    Using found objects we will create three short pieces of devised work exploring different techniques. 

  • To Script or not to Script (Ages 16+)

    Friday 17 February, 10am - 2pm
    £20

    Investigating ways of creating new performances styles, perfect for young directors and writers.
