Terms and Conditions of sale

Please note that all ticket prices include a £3 per-ticket booking fee.

Please check your ticket details immediately, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.

Refunds and Exchanges: Tickets are not refundable unless a performance is cancelled for any reason.
If you are unable to attend due to COVID-related illness or self-isolation we can offer you a full refund, exchange or credit voucher for a future performance. Other exchanges may be made under certain conditions, with at least 48 hours prior notice; please contact the Box Office at boxoffice@cambrigeartstheatre.com to check our policy.

Please adhere to current social distancing guidance and all COVID safety measures in place at the Theatre during your visit.  

It is mandatory to wear a face covering at all times while in the theatre. Children under the age of 11 have exemption from wearing a face covering.

The Management reserves the right of admission and the right to offer alternative seating.

Latecomers will be asked to wait for admission until a suitable break in the performance, which in some cases may be the interval.

In the interest of customer safety the following items cannot be taken into the auditorium: Rucksacks or backpacks of any size, children's rucksacks, handbags that can be worn as backpacks, bags larger than 25cm x 35cm, shopping bags and large items such as holdalls and suitcases. Due to COVID restrictions our cloakroom is currently closed so we cannot store any items during a performance.

We cannot accept responsibility for the safety and well-being of unaccompanied children, so children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Cambridge Arts Theatre cannot be held responsible for changes to programmes and casting made by touring companies.

Photography, video and sound recording, smoking (including electronic cigarettes) and the use of mobile phones in the auditorium is strictly prohibited.

Only food and drink purchased at the Theatre can be consumed on the premises.
