Terms and Conditions of Sale

Please note that all ticket prices include a £3 per-ticket booking fee.

Please check your ticket details immediately, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.

Refunds and Exchanges: Tickets are not refundable unless a performance is cancelled for any reason.

If you are unable to attend due to COVID-related illness we can offer you a full refund, exchange or credit voucher for a future performance but we ask that:

  • You tell us in advance that you will not be attending the performance so that we can resell your tickets. We will not be able to refund tickets for COVID absences unless this condition is met.
  • At the time you inform us we will require proof of a positive PCR or lateral flow test in order to process your refund.

Other exchanges may be made under certain conditions, with at least 48 hours prior notice; please contact the Box Office at [email protected] to check our policy.

Please wear a mask. From Friday 10 December you must now wear a face covering throughout your visit to the Theatre, except when eating or drinking, if you are medically exempt or if you are under the age of 11. All our staff with continue to wear masks in public areas.

Please adhere to current social distancing guidance and all COVID safety measures in place at the Theatre during your visit, which includes (from Monday 13 December) presenting a NHS COVID Pass or photographic proof of a negative lateral flow test taken within 24 hours of your visit. This will not apply to children under the age of 11 (we may ask for proof of age) or anyone who has documented proof they are exempt for any other reason.
