Please note that all ticket prices include a £3 per-ticket booking fee.

Please check your ticket details immediately, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.

Refunds and Exchanges: Tickets are not refundable unless a performance is cancelled for any reason. Exchanges may be made under certain conditions, with at least 48 hours prior notice; please contact the Box Office at [email protected] to check our policy.

The Management reserves the right of admission and the right to offer alternative seating.

Latecomers will be only be allowed into the auditorium at the absolute discretion of the Theatre, in consultation with the touring company.

With extra security measures in place in theatres across London and the UK we are unable to store any large luggage in the theatre – this includes suitcases and 'carry-on' style cases. Small rucksacks, handbags, shopping bags and briefcases will be allowed into the theatre where you may be asked to open them for inspection.

If you are attending a performance, any bags larger than a standard handbag or small rucksack (over 40 x 30 x 15cm) must be left in the free cloakroom prior to entering the auditorium.  The on-duty team will be happy to indicate where the cloakroom is situated, on the first floor of the Theatre. We hope these measures do not impact on the enjoyment of your visit.

We cannot accept responsibility for the safety and well-being of unaccompanied children, so children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Cambridge Arts Theatre cannot be held responsible for changes to programmes and casting made by touring companies.

Photography, video and sound recording, smoking (including electronic cigarettes) and the use of mobile phones in the auditorium is strictly prohibited.

Tickets that are resold through any third party such as Twickets will be invalid and not be accepted. 

Only food and drink purchased at the Theatre can be consumed on the premises.
