Terms and Conditions of Sale
Please note that all ticket prices include a £3 per-ticket booking fee.
Please check your ticket details immediately, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
Refunds and Exchanges: Tickets are not refundable unless a performance is cancelled for any reason. Exchanges may be made under certain conditions, with at least 48 hours prior notice; please contact the Box Office at [email protected] to check our policy.
The Management reserves the right of admission and the right to offer alternative seating.
Latecomers will be only be allowed into the auditorium at the absolute discretion of the Theatre, in consultation with the touring company.
In the interest of customer safety the following items cannot be taken into the auditorium: Rucksacks or backpacks in any form and of any size (including children's rucksacks, handbags that can be worn as backpacks), bags larger than 25cm x 35cm, shopping bags, larger items such as holdalls / suitcases and umbrellas longer than 25cm. Any items that cannot be taken into the auditorium can be safely stored in our cloakroom, free of charge. Please read our full Bag and Cloakroom policy here.
We cannot accept responsibility for the safety and well-being of unaccompanied children, so children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Cambridge Arts Theatre cannot be held responsible for changes to programmes and casting made by touring companies.
Photography, video and sound recording, smoking (including electronic cigarettes) and the use of mobile phones in the auditorium is strictly prohibited.
Tickets that are resold through any third party such as Twickets will be invalid and not be accepted.
Only food and drink purchased at the Theatre can be consumed on the premises.
