How to Book

Plan the perfect evening at Cambridge Arts Theatre

We have a number of ways you can book your tickets, whether selecting your own seat online or visiting us in person.

**Due to the current Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic Cambridge Arts Theatre is temporarily closed until at least 30 September 2020. For our full statement from our Chief Executive, Dave Murphy, please click here.

Please do not contact the Theatre as we are closed.**

Monday to Saturday, 12noon - 8pm including Bank Holidays

Monday - Saturday, 12noon - 8pm on 01223 503333

All tickets for the Arts Theatre include a £3 per-ticket booking fee. The booking fee is essential direct income for the Theatre. Because ticket revenue is divided between many different parties, an increase in ticket prices would not necessarily benefit the Theatre. By charging a booking fee we can ensure that every penny goes directly to the Theatre to help us protect its growth and longevity.

Tickets are non-refundable unless a performance is cancelled. Exchanges and resales may be made under certain conditions; please contact the Box Office for details of our policy.

We offer reduced priced tickets for customers with disabilities and free personal assistant tickets, for those who require additional support to attend the theatre, on application.

If you would like to purchase discounted tickets or request accessible seating for a performance, including wheelchair spaces, please call the Box Office on 01223 503333 or email: access@cambridgeartstheatre.com.

We also offer discounts on certain performances for over 65's, students, children, groups and schools. Please note there are no discounts on the lowest price seats. Only one discount applies and all discounts are subject to availability.

Please check with the Box Office at time of booking for available discounts.
