Inspired by the ‘Queen of Country’ Dolly Parton’s 1980 award-winning film, amateur dramatics group Cambridge Operatic Society are back after the sell-out success of Legally Blonde with 9 to 5 the Musical.

Three female colleagues are sick and tired of their egotistical boss and sexist workplace, finding themselves fantasising about sweet revenge. Fantastic friendships soon form as they devise a cunning strategy to turn the tables, but plans soon turn awry… with hilarious results! Will Violet, Judy and Doralee succeed in obliterating the misogyny so established in their careers? Or will they remain stuck in their dead end 9 to 5s? What a way to make a livin’!

Featuring a sensational soundtrack including Dolly’s smash hit 9 to 5, this laugh-out-loud musical comedy about standing up to the patriarchy will have you dancing all the way home (blonde wig optional!).
