Following the huge success of the smash hit original play, Cluedo is back on stage in 2024, with a brand new hilarious whodunnit - Cluedo 2: The Next Chapter!

Starring Heartbeat and Casualty’s Jason Durr and Strictly champion, Ellie Leach*Cluedo 2 is set in the swinging 1960s and introduces a new house, new suspects, and lots of new bodies, in this all new tale of murder, mystery and secret passageways. 

Written by BAFTA winners Laurence Marks and Maurice Gran, and directed by Mark Bell - director of the original Cluedo and The Play That Goes Wrong, Cluedo 2: The Next Chapter, is a rollicking spoof of a comedy for all ages, that will keep you guessing right up to the final twist.

Guess along as the bodies pile up, the colourful characters dart around as they try to escape the killer, survive the night and work out whodunnit…. with what... and where!

*Please note that the previously advertised cast member Helen Flanagan is no longer appearing in this production.

After training at LAMDA Jason went straight to the Royal Shakespeare Company, working with director Trevor Nunn in Measure For Measure and The Blue Angel, followed by Macbeth directed by Adrian Noble.

Ellie is best known to millions of TV viewers after she and dance partner Vito were crowned Strictly Come Dancing champions in December 2023.

Born and raised in Manchester she began attending acting lessons at the age of four to overcome a natural shyness.

At the age of nine she was cast in Coronation Street as Faye Windass and departed the cobbles in 2023 after 13 years. During those years she was at the heart of a number of hard hitting storylines the biggest being when her character became pregnant at just 13 and gave her baby up for adoption. Winner of numerous awards for her portrayal of Faye - Ellie then took to the dance floor winning the hearts of the public with her energy and enthusiasm not to mention natural dance ability.

Ellie lives with her parents and younger sister in Manchester. Over the years she has been actively involved with and is now an Ambassador for the When You Wish Upon A Star charity which grants wishes to children dealing with life threatening illnesses. She is also a patron of the Willow Wood Hospice in Stalybridge.

Cluedo 2 marks her stage debut.
